About Us
The Tofield and Area Health Foundation has been in existence since early 2004. Our Mission: To preserve and enhance the role of the Tofield Health Centre and associated providers of Health Care Services to Tofield, Ryley, Holden, Beaver County and surrounding communities.
We fund our initiatives through community events and generous donors like you—people who believe in the meaningful impact of our work. Our outreach includes vibrant programs such as the “Bee Sweet to Mom” Mother’s Day promotion, the Canada Day Backyard BBQ fundraiser, monthly free swim sessions in Ryley, and our ongoing scholarship program.
Rural health care requires partnerships to be effective and our Foundation proudly works with Health Care Professional Retention (CARC – Community Attraction Retention Committee) to attract full-time health care professionals to our community.
